David has served as a pastor and church staff
member in rural, small town, and urban
congregations. In addition to his pastoral experience
David has worked several years in university and
healthcare administration. He currently serves as a
pastor, hospice chaplain, police chaplain, and
newspaper columnist. David has received degrees
from Truman State University, the University of North
Texas, Princeton Theological Seminary, and
Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. His
doctoral studies concentrated on equipping church
leaders to guide their congregations through conflict.

David is the pastor of the First Baptist Church of
Harrisonville, Missouri, and the director and senior
consultant for Building Healthy Churches - serving as
a workshop leader and consultant in the areas of
biblical conflict resolution and church health. He also
is available to speak at leadership meetings and
church gatherings.

Diane Noble
Diane serves as a workshop leader and consultant
for Building Healthy Churches  in the areas of
biblical conflict resolution,  Sunday School and
discipleship ministries, and women’s ministries.
Diane also accepts speaking engagements for
women’s conferences and is available to meet with
women’s leadership teams to help them organize
women’s ministries.

Diane is an active writer, developing Bible studies
and resource materials for churches and serving as
part of the writing teams for three recent LifeWay
Christian Resources publications:
Extraordinary
Marriage
, Fear No Evil, and Putting on the Armor of
God
. Diane holds the Bachelor of Arts degree in
education and the Master of Arts degree in education
administration and has teaching and administration
experience in both public and Christian education.
She has served as a church staff member in
discipleship and women’s ministries.
